The Operation & Events Manager Role
- Be the core operational presence in the firm, supporting the planning, organising, and execution of high-quality meetings, retreats, and workshops.
- Support the delivery of two flagship annual programmes for deep-tech founders.
- Manage logistics, schedules, and budgets to deliver a flawless experience.
- Work closely with a small, exceptional team operating at pace.
Ideal Operations & Event Manager Candidate
- First-class or high 2:1 graduate from a Russell Group university.
- Bright, highly organised, and confident operating in demanding environments.
- Comfortable taking responsibility and working with intention and independence.
- Experience in events, operations, or coordination is a plus but not essential.
- Happy with some evening and weekend work on a rota basis.
