On behalf of our client, we are seeking an exceptionally organised, polished, and proactive Business and Personal Assistant to support a HNWI Principal. This is a highly varied role requiring a candidate who is discreet, resourceful, and confident managing both personal and business matters to the highest standard. Remote working with occasional travel to the London office and family home in West Sussex.

Key Duties for the PA:

  • Complex diary, calendar, and schedule management across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, reservations, and itineraries.
  • Arranging board & other meetings and ensuring documentation is issued on time.
  • Production of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents.
  • Managing personal errands and lifestyle requests with efficiency and discretion.
  • Coordinating detailed international and domestic travel arrangements, including private and commercial aviation, accommodation, transfers, restaurant reservations, and security logistics.
  • Overseeing the smooth operation of two private properties located in London and West Sussex.
  • Coordinating maintenance schedules, contractors, household suppliers, and security arrangements.
  • Managing inventories, household systems, and operational procedures where required.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of family events, dinners, travel programmes, and special projects.
  • Processing and recording invoices accurately within Xero.
  • Managing personal bank accounts and arranging payments on behalf of the Principals.
  • Foster good relationships both internally and externally (for example: consultants, agencies, charities, investment partners and advisers).
  • Carry out other duties as directed, whether personal or business.

The Ideal PA:

  • Previous experience supporting a Principal in a business and personal capacity.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and discretion.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional.
  • Calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset.
