We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Lifestyle & Concierge Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting a private high-net-worth family.
Working in a small team at the family home, you will provide exceptional day-to-day lifestyle, travel, and administrative support, ensuring the smooth coordination of the family's personal arrangements.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same.
This Lifestyle Assistant role forms the operational backbone of a 24/7 support function, operating on a structured rota system to ensure continuous coverage across weekdays, weekends, and out-of-hours periods.
You will be the first point of contact for all urgent travel, transport, and lifestyle requests, ensuring swift and accurate execution at all times.

Key Lifestyle Assistant Responsibilities
- Lifestyle & Travel Support
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and supporting documentation.
- Arrange restaurant reservations, hospitality, entertainment and leisure activities.
- Manage personal appointments including healthcare, beauty, wellness and fitness.
- Source and purchase gifts, luxury items and bespoke products.
- Arrange deliveries, collections, couriers and personal errands.
- Research venues, suppliers and services to support the family's lifestyle requirements.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc requests, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and travel packs.
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively manage changes or disruptions.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, chauffeurs, private aviation providers and other travel partners.
- Coordinate transport and logistics across multiple locations.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Operational Execution
- Act as first-response layer for all non-confidential urgent matters.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to Private PA.
- Maintain accuracy and speed in all execution tasks.
- On-Call Rota Participation
- Participate in a structured 3-person on-call rotation.
- Provide primary, backup, and standby coverage on a rotating basis.
- Ensure seamless continuity of service 24/7.
Lifestyle Assistant Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience in lifestyle management, concierge services, or UHNW support.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities.
- High discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility for shift-based and out-of-hours working.
- Full UK Driving Licence
