The Role
Junior PA supporting the COO of a forward-thinking NGO dedicated to empowering people with disabilities. Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the COO’s fast-paced and highly varied diary and scheduling appointments
- Handling email correspondence and general administration

About You
- Legal training or experience (e.g. paralegal, law student, legal admin)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Apple tools (iCloud, Pages, etc.)
- Empathetic, adaptable and proactive
- Understanding of dyslexia and flexible in communication approach
