We are seeking a keen and capable Junior PA for a small but UHNW family office in West London, to provide dedicated business and private PA support to the eldest sibling of the family, of young adult age, as their portfolio of business interests begins to expand.
Responsibilities
- Managing diaries, travel, and personal arrangements
- Supporting the wider family office with administrative tasks such as filing, basic bookkeeping, processing invoices, preparing reports, and maintaining systems
- Liaising with household staff, contractors, and suppliers
You will play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - no two days will be the same.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous PA or admin experience
