We are seeking a proactive and discreet Business and Private EA for the Co-Founders of one of the fastest growing tech startups in Europe currently.Usually based 3 days a week from the office in East London (almost 100 staff and rapidly growing) and 2 days remotely, as EA, you will be supporting the Principals in a business and private capacity.Responsibilities for this EA role will range from diary and inbox management, global travel and accommodation arrangement, preparing Board packs and agendas, note taking, creating action points, and assisting with events, to booking private appointments, assisting with the management of a private property portfolio and helping with the planning of the Principals’ forthcoming wedding, so a really nice broad role.The role requires an EA with previous HNW support experience (both business and private), who is good at anticipating needs and being one step ahead, with excellent initiative and verbal and written communication skills. You will have fantastic business exposure, and with company stock options being offered, this could be a highly lucrative opportunity for the right candidate seeking a long-term role.
