We are seeking a First Class or High 2:1 graduate from a Russell Group university for an Events & Office manager role. We are looking for someone who is excited by innovation, ambitious about their own progression, and eager to learn through direct exposure to founders, investors and world-leading scientists. You will work alongside exceptional individuals who have already achieved extraordinary success and are now backing a new generation of founders tackling civilisation-level challenges.
This Events & Operations manager role suits someone who thrives in high-energy environments, takes ownership naturally, and is excited by responsibility early in their career. You will learn fast by doing, observing and engaging directly, not from the side-lines.
The Operation & Events Manager Role- Be the core operational presence in the firm, supporting the planning, organising and execution of high-quality meetings, retreats and workshops.
- Support the delivery of two flagship annual programmes for deep-tech founders.
- Manage logistics, schedules and budgets to deliver a flawless experience.
- Work closely with a small, exceptional team operating at pace.
- First-class or high 2:1 graduate from a Russell Group university.
- Bright, highly organised and confident operating in demanding environments.
- Comfortable taking responsibility and working with intention and independence.
- Experience in events, operations or coordination is a plus β but not essential.
- Happy with some evening and weekend work on a rota basis.
- Curious and driven seeking rapid career development β the learning curve is steep, the pace is high, and the exposure is exceptional.
