Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly efficient Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneurial Managing Director across a group of primarily property businesses, including prime residential construction, buy-to-let, new build, HMO, and commercial, as well as a coaching and workwear business.

Based 4β5 days a week from a new office in North London (Hemel Hempstead), you will provide business and private support to an approachable, down to earth and detail orientated MD who operates at a more strategic level, supported by a leadership team, who you will work alongside.

This is a varied role with responsibilities including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, acting as a gatekeeper, internal project coordination, managing systems, reporting, research, helping to deliver key initiatives (such as the new office), and private duties.

You will act as a proactive, strategic partner, using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, maintain high standards across the different businesses, and support accountability and financial tracking. The ideal candidate will have proven C Suite or Director level EA experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be seeking a long-term, trusted working partnership.
