A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who is eager to kickstart their career in the financial services sector as a Client Analyst working for a boutique, wealth management firm in the heart of Victoria. Key Duties for the Client Analyst 

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Client and prospect meeting preparation 

\\n\\t

• Client and prospect meeting follow up 

\\n\\t

• Handling client calls and queries 

\\n\\t

• Supporting the wider team 

\\n\\t

• CRM record-keeping and Client Annual Review process

\\n\\t

• Managing the Advisory Investment Dashboard 

\\n\\t

• Supporting Advisers on their Business Plans

\\n\\t

• Assist with client onboarding 

\\n\\t

• Providing cover to Team Assistant, when required.

\\n\\n

The Ideal Client Analyst 

\\n\\n

• Excellent communicator verbally and in written form 

\\n\\t

• Team player, with the ability to work alone when required

\\n\\t

• Strong attention to detail 

\\n\\t

• Well presented and professional 

\\n\\t

• Highly organised and thorough

\\n\\t

• Moderate/advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

\\n\\t

• Inquisitive, with a strong desire to learn and develop

\\n\\n
