Key Duties for the Client Analyst:

  • Client and prospect meeting preparation
  • Client and prospect meeting follow up
  • Handling client calls and queries
  • Supporting the wider team
  • CRM record-keeping and Client Annual Review process
  • Managing the Advisory Investment Dashboard
  • Supporting Advisers on their Business Plans
  • Assist with client onboarding
  • Providing cover to Team Assistant, when required.

The Ideal Client Analyst:

  • Excellent communicator verbally and in written form
  • Team player, with the ability to work alone when required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well presented and professional
  • Highly organised and thorough
  • Moderate/advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
