A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a rapidly growing technology business based in Soho.

This newly created Executive Assistant role offers the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic and entrepreneurial company, providing trusted support to a highly driven Founder during an exciting period of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant looking to join a fast-paced and collaborative business where they can make a real impact.

As the Founder's first Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in helping to build structure, streamline processes and support the day-to-day running of the business as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant are

  • Complex diary and calendar management for the Founder
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and business commitments
  • Supporting recruitment processes and candidate coordination
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees and associated administration
  • Preparing and managing contracts and business documentation
  • Organising company events, team socials and internal initiatives
  • Providing administrative support across the business as required
  • Supporting operational projects and high-volume workloads
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing a small amount of private support to the Founder when required

The Ideal Executive Assistant Will Have

  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Previous start-up experience is essential
  • Technology sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive
  • Strong ability to manage upwards and proactively anticipate needs
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic AI tools
  • Able to hit the ground running and add value from day one
  • Flexible, adaptable and solutions-focused

  • £50,000-£60,000 +discretionary annual bonus
  • Based in Soho
  • Hybrid working with 1 day working from home each week
