We are looking for a bright, confident and enthusiastic Team Assistant to join a leading property investment firm. Based in smart Mayfair offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant at the start of their career who is keen to learn, get stuck in and gain valuable experience in a busy and varied role. Working alongside a small and supportive team of EAs, we are looking for someone who is proactive, quick to pick things up and happy to muck in wherever needed. The ideal Team Assistant will have a positive, can-do attitude, plenty of initiative and the confidence to get involved and take on new responsibilities. This role is 5 days office based. Our client offers excellent benefits including 25 days' holiday, pension and private healthcare. Core working hours are 8.30/9am-5/5:30pm.
Team Assistant duties will include:
- PA support to the Investment Team
- Managing office supplies
- Diary and inbox management
- Making travel arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Organising meetings
- Filing and scanning
- Supporting with events
- Carrying out research
- Marketing support
- Providing cover for the front of house team when required
We are looking for a Team Assistant who is personable, switched on, confident and eager to learn. Above all, you will be a real team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves, use their initiative and get involved in all aspects of the role. A great attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are key!
