This role is working 10 hours a week spread over either five or three days (Mon, Wed, and Fri).
Working on-site in Bloomsbury, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, coordinate facilities and supplies, liaise with building management and help create a positive office experience for employees and visitors.
Key Office Co-ordinator Responsibilities
- Office Facilities & Cleaning: Overseeing office facilities, cleanliness, maintenance and health and safety checks.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage pantry, stationery, first-aid supplies, and company merchandise, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
- Building Management & Access: Liaising with building management and external vendors, coordinating maintenance requests and managing office access cards and keys.
- Employee Experience & Culture: Coordinating Friday lunch programme, birthdays, work anniversaries and other employee engagement/new-starter activities.
- Visitor & Travel Support: Welcoming visitors and travelling colleagues, arranging workspaces and ensuring building access is organised.
- Administrative Coordination: Maintaining accurate records, managing recurring tasks and proactively following up on outstanding actions.
The Ideal Office Co-Ordinator
- Has previous experience in office coordination, facilities or office management.
- Is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Is friendly, approachable and enjoys creating a positive office environment.
- Communicates confidently with employees, building management and external suppliers.
- Can prioritise effectively and identify what needs doing without relying on detailed instructions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office coordinator seeking a part-time position within a professional, fast-paced consulting business.
