We are delighted to be working with a highly successful, boutique private equity firm based in Marylebone, who are looking for a bright, proactive and highly organised PA to support one of the firm's Co-Founders. Reporting into an experienced Senior EA, this is a predominantly private-facing role offering fantastic exposure to a busy and varied lifestyle. Responsibilities will include managing personal and family diaries, coordinating luxury travel and holidays, overseeing household administration, liaising with household staff and external suppliers, assisting with property renovations and refurbishments, and handling everything from restaurant reservations and gifting to personal errands, family events and ad hoc lifestyle requests. No 2 days will be the same, and the successful candidate will need to be one step ahead, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
We are looking for someone with approximately 1-2 years' PA, EA or relevant administrative experience who is polished, switched-on, discreet and genuinely enjoys making people's lives easier. You will be naturally resourceful, have excellent attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks whilst being keen to learn from a supportive Senior EA. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious junior PA looking to develop their private PA experience within a close-knit, welcoming team. The role is based in the firm's Marylebone office, with occasional visits to the family home outside London.
