An exciting early-stage technology start-up is redefining the future of energy with a truly innovative storage system. Backed by a highly successful UHNW tech entrepreneur, the company is seeking a dynamic EA to join their ambitious, growing team.
Role and focus
You will primarily be focused on supporting the founding investor, whilst also providing some assistance to the Operations Manager and leadership team as needed. This is a full-time, permanent role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving start-up environment and enjoys being deeply embedded in both business and private matters. The role offers significant exposure, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact within a small but growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Managing complex business and personal diaries, coordinating meetings and events
- Arranging detailed international travel
- Providing day-to-day operational support
- Anticipating needs, juggling shifting priorities, conducting in-depth research across a range of topics
- Handling sensitive requests with the utmost discretion
- Flexibility and responsiveness, particularly with regards to travel
Location, hours and travel
You must be a commutable distance from the Maidenhead office 1-2 days a week, supporting in person from the principal’s base in Central London (and remote) for the remainder of the week as required, with core hours from 9 am to 6 pm, but responsive out of hours, particularly when the principal is travelling.
