We are seeking a world-class Business Executive Assistant to support a dynamic tech entrepreneur. This role demands an individual who is exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This is a temporary to permanent position, starting immediately. We are only looking at candidates who are not on a notice period and who want a permanent role for the long haul. Due to the nature of this role and the support it requires, there will be no remote work. It is 5 days in beautiful, West End offices.

  • Is always ten steps ahead, ensuring seamless operations and decision-making.

  • Is highly tech-savvy, adaptable to new tools and systems.
  • Brings experience working 1:1 with a CEO, entrepreneur, or high-profile executive.
  • Holds a strong academic background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex & dynamic calendar management across multiple time zones.
  • Frequent international travel coordination with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Acting as the right hand to the entrepreneur, ensuring efficiency in all aspects.
  • Meeting preparation—research, agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups.
  • Stakeholder liaison, managing key relationships with professionalism.
  • While primarily business-focused, some private matters may be included.
