A fantastic opportunity is available for a dynamic and capable EA to provide support to 2-3 senior Executives within a well-established professional services consultancy. This EA role will be based in Birmingham, offering a flexible working model with generous WFH allowance.
In this role, you will play a key part as an EA in enabling the Executives to operate at their best. Responsibilities will include managing busy and ever-changing diaries and inboxes, coordinating a variety of projects, preparing high-quality reports and presentation materials, and acting as a professional point of contact when engaging with clients, stakeholders, and senior internal teams. You’ll be a visible and trusted presence across the organisation, helping to keep priorities aligned and anticipating requirements ahead of time.
The ideal candidate will be an organised and reliable EA with a high level of discretion, strong academic or professional credentials, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As an EA, you’ll be confident building relationships across all levels of the business and bring a friendly, approachable manner along with a sense of humour.
