This is a standout opportunity to support an inspiring Founder at the helm of a dynamic and fast-growing interior design business. We are seeking a highly experienced, polished, and proactive Assistant to take full ownership of the day-to-day organisation of the Founder’s professional life. The business operates at pace and from a truly exceptional workspace, with multiple exciting extensions including industry collaborations, an online academy, curated collections, and a podcast.

This role requires a meticulous eye for detail and a natural instinct for precision, mirroring the high standards of the Principal. You will be adept at managing competing priorities, keeping multiple workstreams moving seamlessly, and anticipating needs before they arise.

From day one, your ability to stay one step ahead will be key in alleviating pressure and ensuring nothing is overlooked. You will be confident navigating a fast-moving environment, acting as a true gatekeeper and organiser; able to read situations, troubleshoot proactively, and always have contingency plans in place. Strong emotional intelligence is essential, alongside sound judgement and the ability to make thoughtful decisions under pressure while managing complex itineraries and a varied workload.

The role involves domestic travel with the Principal and a driver is preferred, as is a commuting distance within Surrey. This is a fully office-based position, five days a week, suited to someone who thrives in an immersive, high-energy environment.
