We are working with a growing IT consultancy based in Central London who is looking for a bright, ambitious Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a switched-on junior candidate with around 1-2 years' office, accounts or administrative experience who is eager to learn, take on responsibility and develop into a broader commercial role.

The successful candidate will initially support the finance function, working closely with the operations, finance and sales teams.

Key responsibilities will include processing purchase and sales invoices, maintaining accurate records in Xero, bank and supplier reconciliations, credit control support, expenses and general administration.

As the role develops, the Administratorwill gain exposure to the commercial side of the business, including supplier pricing, preparing customer quotations, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries and supporting Account Managers with proposals and renewals.

This Administratorrole is ideal for someone highly numerate and detail-focussed, with strong organisation skills, commercial awareness and a proactive, can-do attitude.

This is an exciting Administratoropportunity for someone early in their career who wants to get stuck in, take ownership and grow beyond a traditional finance administration role.
