This innovative and successful 11-18 school first opened in September 2004 and has grown year on year. The school currently has over 1500 students in Y7-13, has excellent facilities and is a dynamic learning community. We are seeking to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school. Learning Associate Grade 5: £26,403 - £26,824 (pro-rata £19,212 plus Crawley Weighting) 8.15am-3.00pm - Monday to Friday Term-Time only Applications are invited from people who have:

  • enthusiasm and a desire to learn;
  • the ability to encourage students to become independent;
  • the ability to draw out the best in students;
  • a broad general education;
  • C grade or higher in GCSE English, Mathematics and Science (or equivalent)

Applicants do not need to have had experience as a Learning Associate: more important is the genuine commitment to the students' academic, emotional, social and personal development.
