We have a great opportunity to recruit a Chef de Partie to join our Hotel. You will ideally need experience working in a hotel or restaurant. We are looking for someone with excellent skills to ensure you deliver the responsibilities required to do your role. You must be able to work as part of a team and rise to any challenges a successful business brings.

The ideal candidate will have a great personality, be confident, organised, and be motivated to deliver exceptional standards of work consistently. To assist in the smooth running of the hotel kitchen by preparing and presenting food to a high standard. You will follow brand standard food specifications with a high level of performance and presentation and will ensure minimum food wastage in the kitchen.

This role is initially casual with a view to go full time.
