Job Type: Casual

Due to the nature of the business and varying hotel occupancy levels, this is a variable hour contract. You may be expected to work any days including weekends.

The main role of a Housekeeping Assistant is to ensure guest bedrooms are cleaned to hotel standard and ready to let for that business day. You may also be required to assist with the cleanliness of the hotel Public Areas.

Your Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
  • Clean the public areas of the hotel, including the reception area, lounge and bar to hotel standards.
  • Projecting a smart image at all times by complying fully with grooming and uniform/dress regulations and by maintaining the highest standards of personal hygiene.
  • Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health & Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH.
  • Comply fully with all regulations designed to protect the security and safety of the guest and staff and the property of the guest, the company and other employees.
