Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week over 5 days a week (This may be a mixture of early and late shifts including weekends and bank holidays).

Overview of the Job Role:

To deputise in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager. To take responsibility for the daily running of the food and beverage department.

Experience supervising a food and beverage team is essential.

Duties Include:

  • Ensure you and your team deliver the warmest welcome and friendly service to all of our guests in any of our food and beverage outlets.
  • Help to build and manage a team who put the guest at the heart of everything that they do.
  • Lead and develop a team who will constantly deliver results and excel in guest relations.
  • Supervise and manage the implementation of all food and beverage standards and procedures.
  • Conduct briefings so that all staff are aware of what is happening on shift.
  • Act as a duty manager when required.
