Orida Hotel Maidstone is located off the M20, less than 10 minutes from central Maidstone. A perfect destination for families and couples to take in countryside scenery at Leeds Castle and Mote Park, both less than four miles away. With 146 spacious bedrooms, our valued guests will enjoy every comfort Orida has to offer, such as our quality restaurant, lounge bar, Starbucks cafe and Orida Health featuring an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, spa and gym.
We have a great opportunity to recruit a Chef de Partie to join our hotel. You will ideally need experience working in a hotel or restaurant. We are looking for someone with excellent skills to ensure you deliver the responsibilities required to do your role. You must be able to work as part of a team and rise to any challenges a successful business brings. The ideal candidate will have a great personality, be confident, organised, and be motivated to deliver exceptional standards of work consistently.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the smooth running of the hotel kitchen by preparing and presenting food to a high standard. You will follow brand standard food specifications with a high level of performance and presentation and will ensure minimum food wastage in the kitchen.
