A perfect destination for families and couples to take in countryside scenery at Leeds Castle and Mote Park, both less than four miles away. With 146 spacious bedrooms, our valued guests will enjoy every comfort Orida has to offer, such as our quality restaurant, lounge bar, Starbucks cafe and Orida Health featuring an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, spa and gym. There is also a conference centre and function suite that can cater for up to 200 people.

Overview of the Job Role:
- To deputise in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
- To take responsibility for the daily running of the food and beverage department.
Duties Include:
- Ensure you and your team deliver the warmest welcome and friendly service to all of our guests in any of our food and beverage outlets.
- Help to build and manage a team who put the guest at the heart of everything that they do.
- Lead and develop a team who will constantly deliver results and excel in guest relations.
- Supervise and manage the implementation of all food and beverage standards and procedures.
- Conduct briefings so that all staff are aware of what is happening on shift.
- Act as a duty manager when required.
