Pay: NMW ORIDA Maidstone is located less than 10 minutes from central Maidstone with easy access to the M20.
With 146 bedrooms a quality restaurant, lounge, bar, starbucks coffee hub, gym and conference and events centre the hotel is perfect for the comfort of all guests whatever the occasion.
The main role of the night porter is to ensure the safe and efficient running of the hotel at night.
You will be required to complete a minimum of 3 security walks around the hotel.
You will be responsible for the satisfaction of all guests needs and will ensure any night audits and reports are completed as required.
You may also be required to assist the operations department during the night time by preparing and dismantling room set ups for our conference and events department.
You will have a good knowledge of the hotels facilities, and be confident when dealing with guest requests.
Tasks will vary according to business demands.
Computer skills essential, and Micros and Opera desirable.
Reception/Front of House experience desired but not essential.
Must have access to own transport due to the location of the hotel.
Shifts will be from 11pm to 7.30 am
