Finance Assistant – to be based at ORIDA Maidstone, but you will be responsible for the accounts at ORIDA Newbury.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Rate of Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour dependant on age and experience

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week (can be over 4 days or 5 days a week to be discussed at interview)

Reports to: Cluster Financial Controller

Training: Training will be given but experience in accounting is preferred.

About the Hotel: ORIDA Hotel Maidstone is located off the M20, less than 10 minutes from central Maidstone. A perfect destination for families and couples to take in countryside scenery at Leeds Castle and Mote Park, both less than four miles away. You will be based and working at the ORIDA Maidstone but responsible for the accounting and finance of ORIDA Newbury, which is located off the M4 just over 10 minutes from central Newbury. With 113 bedrooms, a quality restaurant, lounge, bar, Starbucks coffee hub, health club, gym and conference and events rooms, the hotel is perfect for the comfort of our guests whatever the occasion.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Daily revenue reporting
  • Managing the Sales Ledger
  • Daily banking processed correctly
  • Purchase Ledger
