This is a great opportunity to be a part of our future successes; together we shape our future! Orica BQS have a well-established surveying department and due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a dedicated and skilled Land and Hydrographic Surveyor.
The role will have a mix of fieldwork followed by processing the survey data in the office. The projects are based throughout N. Ireland and you will be providing surveying services using the latest technology to engineers, designers, and planners in different sectors, including roads, quarries, and rivers.
Duties will include:
- Undertaking Topographical Surveys
- Undertaking Hydrographic Surveys
- Setting Out
- Completing Drone Surveys
- Using LSS Survey Software to process Surveys
- Using AutoCAD to draw up Surveys
Qualifications:
- Degree or HND/HNC in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Previous surveying experience is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate
- Full UK driving licence (a vehicle will be provided)
