Luxury Business Development Executive Salary £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience + performance related bonus Shoreditch, London Studio based- Full-time / Part Time Orhan London are looking for someone to help drive the next stage of growth for their established tailoring studio.

This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team and play a key role in shaping the future of a business with over 20 years of craftsmanship, creativity and exceptional customer service behind it.

This role combines Business Development, Sales and marketing to help shape the next stage of our growth.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record.

You’ll focus on generating new business, re-engaging previous clients, strengthening our brand and delivering an exceptional customer journey that encourages repeat business.

The Role This is a hands-on, varied role with real responsibility.

This role sits across business development, sales and marketing, with business growth being the primary focus.

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, developing partnerships and helping convert enquiries into loyal, long-term clients.

While marketing forms part of the role, we're looking for someone whose strength lies in creating commercial opportunities and turning them into measurable results.

You will be trusted to take ownership, bring ideas to the table and, importantly, see those ideas through.

We are not looking for someone who simply creates plans, we're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.

Working closely with the founders, you'll play a key role in helping shape the future direction of the business.

  • What You'll Be Doing Partnerships & Growth
  • Creating new business opportunities, partnerships and client channels.
  • Proactively sourcing new business and identifying opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Re-engaging our extensive database of previous clients, converting them into repeat customers.
  • Identifying new markets, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
  • Actively developing the reputation and reach of the business.
  • Bringing fresh ideas that contribute to long-term business growth. Sales & Client Journey
  • Managing enquiries from first contact through to becoming loyal, repeat clients.
  • Building genuine relationships with clients, creating trust and delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Strengthening the customer journey to improve conversion, retention and referrals.
  • Maintaining a strong commercial focus whilst ensuring every client receives outstanding service.
  • Continually looking for ways to improve the overall client experience. Marketing & Brand
  • Managing our social media channels, ensuring consistent, engaging and high-quality content.
  • Writing clear, authentic copy across social media, email campaigns
  • Identifying and delivering marketing activity that supports business growth supported by our marketing partners
  • Working with our SEO and PPC partners to maximise marketing performance.
  • Looking for creative ways to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Commercial Performance & Operations
  • Monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Analysing results and adapting activity to maximise success.
  • Supporting wider business projects, systems and day-to-day operations where required.

Who This Role Suits You'll have experience across business development, sales and marketing, with a genuine passion for building relationships and helping businesses grow.

Experience within tailoring, fashion, luxury retail or another premium service-led environment would be advantageous, but more importantly we're looking for someone who understands people, enjoys spotting opportunities and has the drive to turn ideas into results.
