Our Data Management team is dedicated to delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent software solutions that empower customers to efficiently govern, structure, and maintain high-quality data across Orgvue\’s platform. As a Product Manager on this team, you will directly impact how our customers harness their data, empowering them to build more effective, inclusive, and resilient organizations.
As Product Manager, you play a key role in transforming the company\’s business and product strategy into tangible products.
Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand users, evaluate product opportunities, and identify focus areas
- Lead a cross-functional product team (including engineering) to define, design, and deliver the product, then take it to market
- Use data from the market, users, and internal teams to inform decisions and generate business insights
- Act as an advocate for your product domain, working closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and others to ensure successful go-to-market execution
- Apply your expertise in emerging product management and data practices, and help embed these approaches across Orgvue
Responsibilities
- Understand and represent customer and user needs, translating them into compelling product strategies and roadmaps
- Guide product discovery using modern SaaS methodologies to identify and validate opportunities that deliver genuine value
- Lead cross-functional product development from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and consulting teams
- Clearly articulate product value and create alignment with executive stakeholders, sales, and marketing teams
- Track, analyze, and report on key product metrics, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights
- Serve as an internal and external advocate for your product domain, including presenting at industry events, customer meetings, and analyst briefings
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop clear messaging, impactful training materials, and effective sales tools
- Mentor team members and foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages growth, feedback, and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record in product discovery and managing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery and growth, always with a user-focused, impact-driven mindset
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and familiarity with modern technology stacks, with a continuous curiosity for innovative tools and market trends that can enhance product strategy
- Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and data management frameworks, and a strong ability to translate technical capabilities into intuitive, data-driven user solutions
- Ability to provide strategic insights into how successful software businesses operate—particularly in data-rich environments—while clearly communicating product vision and inspiring alignment across teams
- Background or strong interest in HR tech, organizational planning, or related fields, coupled with a collaborative approach that engages stakeholders at all levels to create awareness, advocacy, and alignment
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to drive product adoption, user satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes
