About The Role
As a Consultant, you will work with diverse teams and build trusted client relationships, advising senior leaders on using Orgvue. You will drive client projects, understand business needs, and transform business models with analytical tools. This role is based at our London headquarters.
What You Will Be Doing
- Engage with clients to solve key business problems using your experience, data, and Orgvue\’s capabilities.
- Implement technical data architecture solutions, design analytics dashboards, and help clients build their Organisational Planning & Analysis capabilities.
- Conduct Data-Driven Organisational Design by delivering insights and supporting workforce monitoring.
- Advise and train clients on utilizing Orgvue for operational and strategic objectives.
Requirements
About you

Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor\’s Degree, ideally in Information Sciences or Business Studies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Data analysis skills; knowledge of statistics modeling is a plus.
- Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, R, Python, or MATLAB is advantageous.
- Client-facing experience is a plus.

The role is based at our London HQ with a hybrid model of 2 days in the office weekly. Our customers are mainly in the UK and across EMEA.
