We're looking for a talented and driven Product Analyst to join our team at Orgvue. In this pivotal role, you'll harness data-driven insights to shape our products, influence key decisions, and drive their success.
In this role, you will help shape the future of our products by transforming data into direction. You'll analyze performance, understand customer behaviour, and create strategies that grow adoption, retention, and revenue. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, map user journeys, and spot behaviour trends.
Responsibilities
- Define, track, and report on core product KPIs (activation, engagement, retention, churn)
- Conduct user pathway and journey analysis to understand how customers interact with the product across touchpoints, and identify critical drop-off points within onboarding, core workflows, and feature usage
- Combine qualitative and quantitative data for a fuller picture on customer feedback loop and customer pain points
- Collaborate with product managers to set success metrics for new features and monitor post-launch performance
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify data-driven upsell and retention opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports in PowerBI and Snowflake
- Work closely with wider business to ensure data quality and accuracy
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience conducting user journey/pathway analysis and diagnosing drop-off points
- Experience working with qualitative data analysis, e.g., sentiment analysis, to craft a coherent customer satisfaction and pain-point analysis
- Experience conducting adoption funnel analysis, Pareto analysis, and customer segmentation analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Pendo)
- Understanding of key SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle analytics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Experience working with big data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Experience working with DBT
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of statistical methods for hypothesis testing and forecasting
