We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Account Executive with strong professional networks and thought leadership skills to sell into Mid-Market and Enterprise Companies in EMEA.
Role
As an Account Executive at Orgvue, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory and play a key role in helping organisations build a more intentional enterprise. You’ll work closely with prospective customers, engaging senior stakeholders such as CHROs, CFOs, COOs and transformation leaders on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. You’ll have real autonomy, with support across the full sales journey, from outreach and discovery through to business case development, value engineering and negotiation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and with leading consultancies and partners, ensuring our customers achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes. In this role, you’ll combine curiosity, commercial thinking and collaboration to help customers make better decisions about their organisations, and to deliver work you can genuinely be proud of.
Responsibilities
- Performance & Revenue Ownership: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across pipeline generation, and revenue quota, with clear accountability for forecast accuracy.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting Discipline: Maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline and accurate short- and long-term forecasts within CRM, ensuring transparency and proactive risk management.
- Strategic Account Research & Planning: Proactively research and prioritise target accounts to identify organisational, workforce, and transformation-driven opportunities, developing clear account plans aligned to business outcomes.
- Multi-Channel Prospecting & Pipeline Creation: Design, execute, and optimise integrated prospecting campaigns across multiple platforms and partner channels to generate high-quality new business opportunities.
- Thought Leadership & Advisory Engagement: Leverage insight into disruptive workforce and organisational trends within assigned verticals to establish credibility, influence senior stakeholders, and position Orgvue as a strategic partner.
- Solution Discovery & Value Framing: Lead structured discovery engagements to uncover client priorities, constraints, and success metrics, translating these into compelling, value-based use cases for the Orgvue platform.
- Value Lead Solution Presentation: Deliver tailored, insight-led presentations to drive consensus and articulate value driven outcomes.
- Commercial Negotiation & Execution: Partner with senior leadership to manage complex commercial negotiations, progressing opportunities with timely contract execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of quota bearing experience in enterprise software sales with an established network of professional contacts.
- Consistently exceeded quarterly and annual quotas.
- Understands and demonstrates aptitude in managing and leveraging relationships to secure business and executive alignment at accounts.
- Extensive latitude for independent judgment and the ability to travel and work without supervision on complex projects.
- Demonstrable knowledge of FSI, Healthcare, Energy, FMCG, TMT or Retail verticals.
- Excellent verbal and written (including presentations) communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly to groups.
