Are you ready to put your studies into practice and make a meaningful contribution from day one? Working in a professional and friendly environment, this role will provide you the opportunity to gain practical experience in a Technology Analyst role and will help build a strong foundation for success in your future. Throughout your placement at Organon, you will be provided with the opportunity to support, develop, and improve our IT systems and processes.
The position available is within the Business Technology unit at Organon, based in Cramlington, Northumberland at the Organon Manufacturing site.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and development of IT systems across the business.
- Contribute to projects in digital innovation, manufacturing automation, lab systems, infrastructure and networks.
- Lead individual projects with guidance from the team.
- Analyse and visualise production-critical data to support decision-making.
- Maintain and improve existing systems through change management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Work in an Agile environment to deliver business value.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory IT standards, including GMP.
- Apply Organon's System Development Life Cycle and produce supporting documentation.
- Assist with system integration and deployment of new technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Skills:
- Studying a degree in IT or related field, entering 3rd or penultimate year, and returning to studies post-placement.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
