Organon are recruiting a Warehouse Operator to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you could be responsible for all aspects of material movement to support the IPT's, Goods Receipt, sampling and export picking and packing. Cramlington Warehouse meets the highest standards of safety and complies with both internal and external (Regulatory) requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Material loading and unloading.
  • Material Inspection and Sampling.
  • Goods Receipt of material onto ERP system.
  • ERP transactions and physical movement of goods.
  • Pick and pack deliveries for shipment (physical and transactional using Site ERP systems) and complete the appropriate documentation.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Control the storage and shipment of quarantined and rejected material.
  • Support the IPT's in line with material requests and local SLA's.

Qualifications, Skill & Experience:

  • Experience of primary activity area.
  • Pallet truck, Forklift truck and narrow aisle truck operation and qualification.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Numeracy skills for completion of appropriate paperwork (GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Mathematics).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and SAP and other ERP systems.
