Our Supply Chain team ensures that inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We manage all aspects of supply, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, packaging, and delivery. Working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing, we build robust demand and supply plans to ensure products reach the right customer, in the right place, at the right time. You will also have the opportunity to utilise advanced analytics to drive efficiency, including digital twin technology and robotic process automation, through rotational assignments.

This role offers flexible working arrangements, with options for hybrid or remote work.

Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Early Leadership Development Programme (ELDP) seeks an Associate Specialist. This programme aims to nurture, inspire, and develop future leaders by offering a best-in-class continuous development opportunity for individuals eager to gain experience in Supply Chain Management, Global Trade Compliance, Demand Fulfilment, Digital Twin and Robotic Process Automation, and Distribution & Logistics—serving as a stepping stone for future roles within Organon.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following: Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Bioengineering, Engineering/Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Business or Engineering field
  • Proficiency in Excel and advanced analytics methods
  • Highly organised, customer-focused, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management
  • A team player who can also work independently and perform under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
