Organon is recruiting Production Operators to join our world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing, forward-thinking team dedicated to producing high-quality medicines that make a real difference.
In this role, you will work a three-shift pattern and play a key part in manufacturing pharmaceutical batches to strict regulatory standards. You'll follow all relevant Safety and Quality requirements, as well as global and site-specific Policies and Procedures, all of which are routinely inspected by external regulators. This is an exciting time to join us as our operations continue to expand. You'll be working in a fast-paced cGMP environment, operating equipment and systems that support the production of high-quality products while ensuring business and production targets are consistently met.
Role Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a range of equipment, processes, and systems across different manufacturing areas.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and automated systems within validated process parameters.
- Follow and correctly document paper-based manufacturing formula and/or electronic paperless manufacturing systems.
- Perform in-process tests, yield calculations, sampling, and inspections to ensure all batches meet predefined quality standards.
- Dismantle, clean, and reassemble equipment in line with validated cleaning procedures.
- Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills, Qualifications Experience:
- GCSE-level qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated environment (preferred but not essential).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and strong documentation skills are essential.
- Good computer literacy - experience with SAP or MES systems is desirable but not required.
