Organon is hiring a PAT Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. The role is the site’s subject matter expert for Process Analytical Technology, driving technical excellence and robust manufacturing performance within the PTO team and global PAT network.
You will support inline production with NIR spectroscopy and real-time release, lead PAT projects, and assist technology transfer and validation while promoting continuous skills development across the site.
