Organon is hiring a Maintenance Specialist to join our packaging team at our world-class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving engineering best practices, delivering the department's planned preventative maintenance program. You will support the engineering manager with planned and unplanned maintenance activities, coordinate resources, and communicate with stakeholders to prioritise work, minimise downtime and maximise asset.
