Lead: ERP S/4 HANA SD Solution Architect you will be responsible for leading, architecting, designing, and implementing SAP S4 Order to Cash solutions with a focus on Order Management, Billing and Pricing processes and capabilities.
As a Specialist SAP Architect within our global Digital, Technology, and Innovation (DTI) team, this role will help guide the transition from our worldwide ERP S4 instance on Platform OTC (Order to cash), along with the successful migration of the S4 feeder systems.
Job Description
Extensive experience in SAP SD, S/4HANA Sales, Advanced ATP (a ATP), Business Partner Conversion, Advanced Credit Management, Pricing, Billing, Intercompany processes, Advance Returns Management, SAP DRC and Output Management.
Demonstrated success in architecting and managing complex integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using IDocs, APIs, EDI, SAP BTP/CPI, web services, and middleware platforms.
Support the Cross-Functional Process Expert Lead by designing, governing, and improving end-to-end (E2E) processes across domains.
Ensure process harmonization, standardization, and smooth cross-system handoffs across ERP and enterprise data platforms.

Expert: ERP S/4 HANA SD Solution Architect, the candidate would design and configure the SAP S4 OTC module to meet business requirements and implement processes around Billing and Pricing data determination in Invoices.
- Ensures solutions developed are aligned to enterprise architecture standards, guidelines and principles by leveraging common technology platforms and services.
- Ensures seamless integration between S4 and connected with SAP modules (GTS, FI, MM, OTC, TM, ATTP, and EWM) as well as third-party systems.
- Participate in OTC and GTS implementation projects as part of the Standards & Architect team, including blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
Provide mentoring to team members.
- Ensure the SAP S/4HANA and SAP Document and Reporting compliance solution configured meets business goals and leading practices.
- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend mitigations.
- Candidate will be responsible to Develop, refine, and maintain detailed BPMN-based E2E process maps across Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations.
Identify process variants, duplication, and optimization opportunities across regions, plants, and business units.
Define cross-domain handoffs, operational controls, and integration points between systems.

Assess process impacts across ERP and data platforms.
Maintain a cross-system dependency matrix for E2E processes.
Provide impact analysis for upcoming changes, releases, and cross-functional initiatives.
Enforce modelling standards, naming conventions, and process policies.

Maintain the enterprise process repository and ensure consistent version management.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, Data Governance, and Operations teams.

- Required Education, Experience And Skills
- Strong SAP SD experience is expected in SAP-SD (minimum 10 years), good experience on cross functional experience is appreciated.
Also, cross-functional modules experience as integration point with MM and FI are also important.
- SAP GTS experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable, invoicing, credit management, and tax business processes.
- Familiarity with e-government/e-invoicing solutions like SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with design and configuration of SAP ERP (FI/CO, AR, SD billing modules), and/or Vertex technology platforms.
- Familiarity with system integrations, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.
