Organon is seeking a Continuous Improvement Operator to join the Packaging team at our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. The role focuses on facilitating and governing continuous improvement and lean activities, with data collection to understand how the packaging line performs.
You will support deviations investigations, enable root cause analysis, and help train others in lean principles to sustain a culture of continuous improvement within Packaging.
