The Role

  • Scheduling installations, surveys, and service-related appointments
  • Liaising with engineers, customers, and internal teams
  • Managing diaries and updating the internal system accurately
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Preparing and organising job packs, documents, and records
  • Supporting the team with compliance paperwork and general office admin

The Person
