We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a Coventry-based electrical and renewables contractor. As part of their expansion, they are seeking skilled Electricians to support the delivery of Solar PV systems and domestic electrical installations across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a secure role within a forward-thinking business at the heart of the UKs energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Solar PV systems and associated electrical infrastructure
- Carry out domestic electrical work including heaters, extractor fans, ventilation systems, thermostats, and Part P certification
- Support combi boiler wiring, earth bonding, and associated works
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
- Work alongside renewable installation and insulation teams on enabling works
- Ensure all installations meet current regulations and safety standards
What We\βre Looking For
- Minimum 2 years electrical experience (domestic focus preferred)
- CSCS card (preferred)
- 18th Edition/2391
- Knowledge of domestic electrical installations and safety procedures
- Ability to fault find and troubleshoot effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel across the West Midlands (company car provided)
- Solar PV installation experience desirable but not essential
