Senior Site Manager Luxury Residential Developer
Location: Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire / Hertfordshire
Salary: £70,000 £90,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Full Package

Valoris Group is proud to be partnering with a privately owned, award-winning residential developer known for delivering bespoke, high-end homes across the Home Counties.
Due to sustained growth and an expanding development pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee one of their flagship luxury housing projects. This is a premium product not volume housebuilding and requires a high level of detail, professionalism, and delivery excellence.
The Role
- Lead site operations on a new-build development of luxury homes
- Manage programmes, subcontractors, health & safety, and quality control
- Report directly to senior management and liaise with internal departments
- Ensure homes are delivered on time, to budget, and to an exceptional standard
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Site Manager or strong Site Manager ready to step up
- Proven track record delivering traditional build residential schemes
- Background in high-spec or bespoke homes is essential
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Package
- Basic salary between £70,000 £90,000
