With a strong pipeline of projects and continued expansion, they are looking to bring in an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support their day‑to‑day operations and project delivery.
The Role: This is a key support role within the business, helping to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, engineers, and customers. You will be responsible for administrative processes across operations, scheduling, and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the operations team
- Schedule engineers and coordinate site visits
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records, job updates, and documentation
- Support project coordination across solar, ASHP, and renewable installations
- Assist with compliance documentation and certification processes
- Manage inboxes, calls, and general office administration
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience within construction, FM, or renewables (desirable but not essential)
