Multi-Skilled Heating & Water Systems Engineer

Location: North West London Mobile Coverage Across Greater London

Compensation: £35,000 – £43,000 per annum + Vehicle + Incentives

We\’re looking for an experienced professional to deliver mechanical system services across a range of private and business premises.

Role Overview:

You\’ll be responsible for responding to routine and urgent works, focused on heating and water system functionality, upgrades, and safety checks. A strong understanding of both domestic and small-scale commercial systems is essential.

Key Areas:

  • Diagnose and rectify issues with plumbing and gas-fed systems
  • Execute installs, remedials, and general servicing
  • Offer clear advice and guidance to end users onsite
  • Organise materials and follow relevant compliance protocols
  • Occasionally cover reactive works and participate in a monthly on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in heating and plumbing roles (5+ years preferred)
  • Gas safety registered (CCN1)
  • Full UK licence
  • Own basic tools and good working knowledge of powered equipment
  • Comfortable across both residential and commercial settings
  • Additional industry certifications such as CSCS and City & Guilds (ideal but not essential)
  • Clear communicator with a friendly and helpful manner
