Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Quality Supervisor to help maintain and drive forward high-quality standards across our renewable energy projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee live installations, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide leadership to electricians on-site. Your expertise will safeguard safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement across the team.
Responsibilities
- Report on project performance and quality to management.
- Maintain robust quality assurance systems across installations.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
- Oversee project direction, progress, and on-site coordination with installers.
- Conduct live installation reviews, certification checks, and inspections.
- Manage testing, inspection, and documentation for electrical works.
- Provide structured feedback and recommendations to improve performance.
What Youll Need
- Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of domestic electrical systems.
- Confidence in working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
