Valoris Group Limited is working on behalf of a leading UK housebuilder to appoint an experienced Construction Planner for a permanent role based in West Malling, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team, supporting major residential projects through all phases.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain construction and pre-construction programmes
- Support the preparation of construction logistics plans, tender presentations, and 3D models
- Produce and update progress reporting schedules and monthly reports
- Maintain accurate records of programme updates and distribution
- Obtain and act on feedback from site teams to improve future planning
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and broaden knowledge of construction methodology
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction planning (residential experience desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Asta
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to engage effectively across departments
- Analytical skills for data review and reporting
- Ability to forecast and deliver against plans
- Proactive, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
- BTEC, HND, NVQ or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
