The Data Analyst/Research Scientist (Psychology) will contribute to designing, conducting, and analysing data for organisational psychology projects as well as our continual in-house research projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Statistical analysis
- Data modelling
- Reporting
- Contributing to evidence-based insights for client engagements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 1st or upper second degree in Psychology with strong quantitative background
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred
- Proficient in R and Python
- Experience with Power BI
- Ideally some exposure to mySQL
- At least 5 years analysing, building and designing data sets
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics
- Linking and streamlining data
- Statistics and Data Modeling
- Report Writing
- Interest in how organisations work/organisational psychology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High Integrity
- Autonomous
