We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to support ODRL’s internal growth and consultancy projects. This is a contract-based opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to apply their expertise in talent acquisition, particularly within the public sector for middle senior management roles, to attract top-tier candidates who align with our mission of building resilient, high-performing organisations. Develop and execute outreach strategies across channels such as social media, job boards, networking events, and talent communities. Continuously improve recruitment processes through data insights and market intelligence. Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent). Chartered membership of a professional HR body (e.g., Minimum of 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on public sector recruitment. Deep understanding of public sector recruitment frameworks, standards, and culture. Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong data management skills, including secure handling and editing of recruitment data. Competent in Microsoft Teams and Office Experience in stratifying data.
